PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A deposit of 20% of the total tour price per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately upon booking.

For special tours — Naadam Festival, Golden Eagle Festival, and Yak Festival — full payment is required at the time of booking due to limited availability.

Receipt of your payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing to info@stepperiders.mn as soon as possible. The following charges apply:

• 30 or more days before arrival — the 20% deposit is non-refundable, but may be used as credit toward any Stepperiders tour within 12 months of the original travel date.

• 15–29 days before arrival — 30% of the total tour price is non-refundable.

• 7–14 days before arrival — 50% of the total tour price is non-refundable.

• 6 days or less before arrival — 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable. No exceptions.

Once your tour has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any unused services including accommodation, meals, trek days, or transport.

IF STEPPERIDERS CANCELS YOUR TOUR

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control — extreme weather, natural disaster, or government restrictions — we will offer a full credit toward a future booking within 12 months. We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

BANK TRANSFER

Please transfer the deposit or full payment via SWIFT to our official bank account. Bank details will be provided upon request. All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Please email your payment receipt to info@stepperiders.mn once sent. Payments typically take 3–10 business days to arrive. Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Credit card payment is also accepted. A 4.2% processing fee applies.
